Gas for the camping stove

I looked into Primus gas and found that there are three types: Power Gas, Summer Gas and Winter Gas. Power Gas is an all-round gas for approximately -15 °C to +25 °C, Summer Gas is optimised for warm temperatures, and Winter Gas is intended for use in freezing conditions.
Power Gas comes in three sizes: 100 g, 230 g and 450 g. A 100 g canister can boil around 10–12 litres of water, or last around 2–4 days with 3–4 daily boils for coffee and freeze-dried meals.
A 230 g canister can boil approximately 25–30 litres of water, or last 6–9 days, while a 450 g canister can boil nearly 50–60 litres of water, or last 12–18 days.
For my hikes in Denmark and Norway, Power Gas is the most versatile choice, and I have it in 100 g and 230 g canisters.
