Cancellation Policy

At Hainer.dk, I understand that plans can change, and I strive to accommodate my clients as best as I can. Here’s everything you need to know about my cancellation policy.

Cancellation Deadlines and Fees

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • 6 Months Before the Trip: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • 3 Months Before the Trip: 25% refund of the total trip cost.
  • Less Than 3 Months Before the Trip: No refund.

Exceptions

  • Medical Emergencies: If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please contact me directly. I may require documentation to process a full refund or reschedule your trip.
  • Extreme Weather: In the event of severe weather conditions that make fishing unsafe, I offer the option to reschedule your trip without any additional fees. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.

How to Cancel Your Trip

Online Cancellation

  1. Visit my Contact Page: Navigate to the Contact Page.
  2. Send a Message: Fill out the contact form with your booking details and the reason for cancellation.
  3. Confirmation: I will review your request and send a confirmation email with details about your refund or rescheduling options.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Rescheduling Your Trip

If you wish to reschedule instead of canceling, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred dates based on availability. There are no additional fees for rescheduling if done at least 7 days before the original trip date.
