Early Beginnings in Fishing

Born in Denmark in 1976, I began fishing at the age of three, casting lines into the ocean in search of trout. Consequently, this early exposure quickly developed into a lifelong passion. As a result, growing up, I honed my skills in sea trout fishing, which, in turn, shaped my lifestyle around this rewarding activity. Additionally, these early experiences laid the foundation for my future endeavors. Therefore, my childhood was filled with valuable lessons from the water.

Transition to Norway

As I matured, I moved from Denmark’s saltwater coasts to Norway’s freshwater rivers. There, I mastered fly fishing for salmon. Moreover, for the past decade, I have guided numerous anglers, teaching fly fishing techniques amidst Norway’s stunning landscapes. Therefore, guiding has enriched my understanding of fishing, thanks to the diverse experiences with each river and every angler.
